- 11:00 Please go to the meeting place (3820 University Ave S, Fairbanks, AK 99709) by yourself, and arrive before 11:45 and check-in.
- Arctic Circle tour flight departs from Fairbanks at 13:00. It takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to the Coldfoot Camp Airport. Take a bus to the Coldfoot Camp and spend an hour here for lunch or send postcards to your friends and family.
- Departure the camp at 15:30 back to Fairbanks. You'll be arriving at the airport around 16:40. Then please go back to the hotel by yourself.

Air adventure will not stop at the Arctic Circle Sign.
* During the regular season, guests are guaranteed to join a small group of 14 people or fewer (excluding fly-out and drive-back tours). For tours during the peak season, larger vehicles with 25 or more seats may be used. The type of vehicle is determined based on the specific date (not the departure time). The start and end dates of the regular and peak seasons are based on the actual product disclosure. For example, for a 5-day tour starting on December 17th, the small vehicle will be used on the regular season date of December 17th, but from December 18th to December 21st, which are peak season dates, a larger vehicle may be used.

According to the arrival date, the order of the tour will be slightly adjusted, subject to the final departure notice. Please be sure to arrive at the hotel lobby 10-15 minutes before the specified time.

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
