I had such a wonderful day and learnt so much. Our driver and guide were excellent and I could not fault them. My only criticism was that I had to walk to the airport in the dark to join the tour and there was no hotel pick up for some re..ason from my hotel. I am told that they don't pick up from my hotel and yet in the blurb when I booked the tour it was advised that there were pickups in Lihue, which is where I was staying. There was also another couple not even two minutes from my hotel and yet they had a pick up and drop off service. I could have walked to their hotel for my pick up which was closer than the airport. I could have had a pick up closer to my hotel, ie MacDonalds or KFC so why did I have to walk in the rain and cold and dark to the airport and yet there was a hotel pick up from much further away for some of the guests? Why was I discriminated. I was also told to be there 10 to 15 minutes before pick up and yet my last email told me to be there 30 minutes before pick up, which I was. Read full review
