Antelope Canyon on its own gets 5 stars but the way they operate the tour and the number of people that they push thru merits a serious downgrade of the experience. Our guide was very helpful but under enormous pressure to keep us moving. T..his place is not one for a rapid experience. It screams for a quiet discovery. I understand now why they don’t want videos. It’s like dealing with the Tokyo subway system during rush hour. Also, requiring arrival 1.5 hrs before is totally unnecessary. I also noticed that organized tours arrived 20-30 minutes before the tour with no impact.Read full review
Traveling alone with my 17 year old daughter, I chose to do the Canyons on a guided tour and it was a great choice! Our guide, Evan, was very friendly, funny and explained many things during the minibus trips: history, geology, fauna and fl..ora, anecdotes ... He seems to know everything about everything! Really incredible landscapes. The 50-minute helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon is certainly expensive, but it's definitely worth it !!! Tip for day 1: save yourself (walking level) in Zion (which is the only "normal" Canyon, for more walking in the truly breathtaking Bryce (down the Canyon ... then back up!). the "free" formula once we are released into the Canyons: everyone chooses the circuit they want, walking a little, a lot or not at all! The local Navajo guides to Antelope (optional) and Monument Valley were great too, we had the option of sleeping in lodges and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. Fantastic tour thank you!Read full review
Kaka, the guide, and the Driver were great. Finished the whole schedule safe and on time. Kaka even helped me getting the show tickets I wanted to watxh on the same night. One thing that can be improved is the lunch option. I bought san..dwiches through your website, because I did not know that there was more practical option of Chinese Restaurant. I took the restaurant option, and had to waste the sandwiches that costed me 20 bucks for two.Read full review
The guide was kind and very knowledgeable. The bus was comfortable enough. The actual tour was nice as well, they had it organized, but not too structured.
We had originally booked the 11:45am tour and got bumped to 12:45pm. we arrived early ( at 11) due to mountain time and the man at the ticket counter was incredibly rude and told us to drive around and come back in an hour. I overheard them.. saying 4 couples didn’t show up and they offered others to go early. We had to talk to 3 different people to find a nice lady that said we could go on an earlier tour if people cancel. There should be a better order for this and people who got bumped and an earlier start time should get first preference.Read full review
Had a wonderful time! Toured Zion, Bryce, Monument Valley, Arches, Canyonlands, Antelope Canyon, Deadhorse, Horseshoe Bend, and the Grand Canyon. Evan (our tour leader) was outstanding. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable... He provided us with a lot of great information about each park including the geology, the history, the flora and fauna, etc. Evan worked really hard to make sure each of us was safe, happy, and having a great time. He succeeded. This was one of the best vacations we ever had and this was due in large part to Evan.Read full review
