Our original booking was sold out. We were given the option of 2 other times, both costing more money. We booked another time and was charged for it. A few weeks later I noticed an additional charge for the original sold out tour. We called.. and requested the charge to be deducted. Not sure what would have happened if I didn’t notice that additional charge of 130.00. I feel we should have been given 10.00 credit for your error in double charging us for both tours and the inconvenience of us having to call you and informing you of that extra 130.00 charge.Read full review
Tour was good !! But I asked for veg sandwich and I got ham sandwich!!! There was not a lot vegetarian options for me at the Grand canyon!! Bring your own lunch or buy when arrive at the GC.
Really enjoyed our guide I-lisa. She's a beautiful Navajo guide who gave us a historical background review of the canyon. Antelope canyon itself was extremely busy. There was multiple groups present at the same time. We chose the popular hi..gh noon time but once in the canyon itself we discovered the time when the sun rays peaked into the canyon was more around 10am (that was disappointed) but we still had great shots. Tour lasted at the most an hour and 20 minutes.Read full review
My family booked a two-day trip to Grand Canyon with Tours4fun. We were put on a bus with Chinese speaking tourists and my family is only non- Chinese speaking on the bus, so the tour guide explained everything in Chinese and very little i..n English. Some tourists on bus had aggressive behavior, talking loudly to each other and to my family. This ruined our vacation mood, and it was a very bad experience that we had for our vacation. If you book tours with Tours4fun , please check with them carefully .Read full review
Our tour guide leo was amazing. So knowledge and he even showed us how to take good pictures of the canyon. We booked a ticket for 4. Due to family emergency 1 couldn't make it and we were aware that there's no refund. But the tour was a..mazing and we didn't care if we didn't get refund. Worth every penny. We will do it again!!Read full review
The pick up was timely. The guide Freddie is very experienced and humorous, emphasizing the important points after gaining full attention. The weather, an uncontrollable factor, was excellent with full sun and no wind! The Native America..n (a term new to me) guide Frank is also very experienced and courteous, This is the only trip in my experience in which the guide is so involved in explaining the scenery and helping with taking photos. 5 stars!Read full review

I loved the tour itself! The guide and the tour was wonderful! I didn’t feel crowded and I felt that I got a decent amount of pictures without people in them! Our guide did a great job of moving us along but also giving great information ..and photography tips! The only downside was the booking process. I don’t like that it allows you to choose any time and day and then the next day they will say whether that is available. I wish that the website would black out tours that are sold out so you can just choose, pay and prepare for the trip!Read full review
The tour itself was great, the issue was that my credit card information was compromised by your site and someone tried to charge $1800.00 on my visa I used on your site to book my tour. Thank goodness my bank stopped the charge and notifie..d me right away. Your company should provide better protection of customer credit/payment information.Read full review
Upper antelope canyon and horseshoe bend are amazing. The overall organization of the trip was good, and the tour guide was doing a fair job in general.
However, the tour guide texted us a day before the tour that she would only collect c..ash - cash for the admission tickets, cash for the tips, and cash for the lunch restaurants. For my family, I didn’t prepare to bring several hundred dollars of cash at least to this domestic trip. I was thinking of paying for big items by my credit cards, but it didn’t work out for the tour guide. Several families complained about the same thing. They were asked to transfer cash from their bank accounts.
When I asked why they didn’t say it clearly in the website what to expect, I was told that it is just a common sense nowadays to bring a lot of cash when travel. I guess she is a tour guide, seeing cash all the time in a tipping industry, so she may not use credit cards like common people.
Other than this unexpected and unpleasant experience , the whole trip was worthwhile.Read full review
