Our Tour Guide Benny was late. Pick up was to be at 5am but changed to 6am. This normally wouldn’t be a problem but he rushed us by the end of the tour. Granted we had to use the restroom a lot. Perhaps it would have been nice to know up ..front the bathroom on the bus did not work. We had to stop for emergency bathroom break. The entire tour he never let me or the group forget that we were behind because of the bathroom breaks. I am sorry but if this is what your clients need to do then it needs to be accommodated. Also he told everyone to bring money for the entrance fees but he failed to say how much. Some people did not have enough cash. Also he charged an automatic $10 per person for his tip. He said $10 or more. I wouldn’t mind tipping more if I wasn’t automatically charged but also if I had a more informative tour guide and a nice one. Benny was very pushy and he wasn’t funny. He tried to be but his words came out very sarcastic and rude sounding. Whether he was trying to be personable or not it was awful. There were quite a few people on the bus including my group that did not care for him. He also was pushing Adult entertainment ideas to the group. I guess he didn’t realize that the entire bus were couples and families... perhaps he should have thought about his audience or privacy. The key thing is he kept nagging us like it was our fault for them being late. We get that your driver cannot go past a certain amount of hours but does he realy have to repeat this over and over? Is it really our responsibility? I would love to write all my groups complaints on Trip Adivsor and Yelp but I thought this is a good start. I believe you need a better tour guide that can communicate thoroughly, be more patient and have some emotional intelligence. Also if there are issues, customers should not feel stressed as this is their vacation. The sites were lovely and scenery we just wish we had a better representative of your company.Read full review
The guide Henry and bus driver worked hard to provide a fun and timely tour. Both antelope and horseshoe trips went without any problems and were lovely. The only contructive feedback I can provide is for them to let customers know that a s..huttle will pick up and drop off at Treasure Island, we were unaware and expected the bus to do that from Treasure Island so that part was confusing.Read full review
The bus windows were very dirty. Also, when only one person is cold and the rest are comfortable with the AC, that person should be given a blanket so the rest of the people won’t be hot in the bus.
One of the worst tour services I would not recommend this service the tour guide name Eva and Jeff they were the pathetic guides I have met and are good for nothing ....price to value is nothing strongly not recommended
Cumplió y superó las Expectativas. Tanta nuestra guía Eva como Jeff el chofer excelentes. Muy profesionales en sus tareas, simpáticos y eficientes. Tanto así es, que siempre se encuentran pasajeros desubicados como fue este caso, Dos s..eñoras no traían dinero extra para las propinas del guía del antílope y menos para nuestros guías. Eva se ofreció a pagarles y lo único que recibió fueron malos tratos por parte de la pasajera. Yo estaba al lado y presencié lo sucedido. Aplausos para Eva!!!Read full review
It was the best option available in terms of pricing and over-all experience. However you should have put in your options the Buffet lunch. It was only announced during the tour itself. Eva is nice tour guide.

The bus had no socked or wi fi.
They only gave us "lunch" which was a subway sandwich.
I thought that lunch would be in a remote place but not, lunch is in an area full of restaurants and better opti..ons. So do not buy lunch with the Tour.
They were very efficient to charge the tip but not to distribute the sandwich, chips or water.
Lunch heard having been on the bus on the way to have more time in the horseshoe area of the Grand Canyon.

Solo nos dieron "almuerzo" Que era un Sandwich de subway.
Pensé que el almuerzo iba a ser en un lugar alejado pero no, el almuerzo es en una zona llena de restaurantes y mejores opciones. Así que no compren almuerzo con el Tour.
Fueron muy eficientes para cobrar la propina pero no para repartir el sándwich, chips ni agua.
El almuerzo oído haber sido en el bus en marcha para tener más tiempo en la zona de herradura del Gran cañon.

The tour was exactly as described. Tour guide was efficient, no frills. Gave us time place and was on schedule. Didn’t tolerated slow people which I liked Bc timing is key to seeing and doing what needed to be seen and done. We got to ant..elope canyon at 12 which is the “golden hour “ so the light was perfect. After wards went to a fast food place ( Burger King) or subways. Then horseshoe bend for an hour. A bit rushed Bc the walk was about 15-20 to view and then 15-20 back so only had about 20 mins at the actually horseshoe bend. Then a quick bathroom stop at the portable toilets and back on the bus. So a bit rushed but good enough. We got back to Las Vegas around 7:30. Earlier than expected Bc there was no traffic on a Sunday. Would book with Tours4fun again.Read full review
