My family and I had a wonderful trip touring the Canadian Rockies thanks to Ian and Natalia at Discover Canada Tours. The summer premium tour is the perfect balance of time seeing all the Great Lakes, mountains and glaciers. Ian went above ..and beyond to make our group comfortable throughout the journey. He’s an excellent driver, comedian, storyteller and a very patient and helpful problem solver. When my father accidentally forgot his cell phone in Banff he helped suggest how best to get it couriered back to their office in time before we leave. Natalia his assistant was also very lovely and helpful assisting us with all our questions. The Summer premium tour had us stay in the best accomodation- Mike Wiegele, Mount Royal and Sutton Place were all incredibly comfortable and a pleasure to stay. Would not hesitate to recommend DiscoverCanada tours if you are looking for the best way to see all the sights in Canada. Thank you Ian!!Read full review

The tour was great. The sights were incredible, the hotels were luxurious and our group was fun.
What made this tour even more enjoyable was our guide Will ..and our assistant guide Kira. They were resourceful, knowledgeable, accommodating, funny and just great company. They were quick to address any issues and did everything they could to make our experience even more enjoyable.Read full review
Loved the experience, made me proud to be a Canadian. We have some many beautiful wonders in this country. Riding through the mountains, visiting lakes and falls and the charming towns added to the experience. The hosts, Christopher and Ian.. were awesome. Covers all the key attractions. Our tour group was about 22 people and was the perfect size. The hotels were also great.
The views and breakfast at the top of Sulphur Mountain (included as part of tour) was a highlight! Would also recommen..d doing the optional Athabasca Glacier excursion. Our tour guide and driver were superb! Five out of five tour!Read full review

I enjoyed the tour thoroughly! Well organized days, friendly staff, good hotels, clean buses, beautiful scenery, lots of sightseeing stops, and good food. Its worth the money you pay and then some. There was some (expected) drama around sea..ting in the bus… apparently everyone wanted to sit at the front of the bus. I wish the tour guide had made some pre-announced seating assignments for the passengers, things got a little tense on the last day with some groups on the tour. All I cared about was getting a window seat and there were plenty of those available.Read full review
I was glad Phillip of Ctour was our driver and tour guide. He exceeded our expectations. Half of our group is English speaker and half Chinese. Phillip took time to guide our group in both languages. He is a good driver and was very ef..ficient to make sure we got to see all the sights. The food was great. Thanks PhillipRead full review
This tour was near the end of the season. There weren't many of us on this day trip (may be 9). We travelled in a cramped 16 seater (not a typical 2x2 layout) which had barely any leg room. Luckily I was able to move to a better seat to str..etch my legs. The tour was as described with the exception that we only got 2.75hrs at the icefield rather than 3.5. So what could have been better?
Well, as we arrived the trip to the transfer to the glacier was in 15mins. This meant no time to do anything other than use the washroom. On our return we immediately got on to another bus to travel to the skywalk. The gap should have increased to give guests a chance to get a light lunch at the centre. Once the skywalk was over we travelled back to Calgary. Again, no chance to grab a light bite or visit the displays at the centre. The host was eager to get going and would only allow us to use the washroom. I am fortunate that I am bilingual so can understand the host but someone who only understood english would possibly struggle on this occasion.Read full review
The tour was pretty good and the sights were really beautiful. The sight seeing portion was very well managed. We only missed peyto lake as the road was shut down. Our guide, Jesse was very good and managed our group well. The weather on ou..r third day was a bit of a downer with rain and snow but Jesse tried his best to keep us entertained and showed us some additional spots.
The lunches were okay. The first day's lunch was at chateau lake louise and it was very good. The other three days were okay. It is not a good option if you don't eat pork or beef(like me). But enough time was given to the group to be able to find lunch on your own(1-1.5 hours). The Columbia icefield discovery centre restaurant was really crowded. That's the only day on which finding lunch would have been time taking.
My only complaint is the seat allocation in the bus. It would be good if the seat numbers can be assigned beforehand(as it was done on other tours like the Montreal Quebec tour) Otherwise people were scrambling about the bus putting their stuff on the seats to reserve the seats for their group and there were people who took up two seats by themselves; which meant people like me who aren't good at rushing into the bus and reserving the seat had to sit away from my group.Read full review

It could have been nicer on our 3rd or 4th day if we have stayed in Banff, It was a waste of time traveling back to Calgary for 1.5 - 1.45 minutes a day before and after before we gets to our destination. I feel like we spend so much time ..riding in the bus.Read full review
