Accommodations were comfortable and well-located, enhancing the overall experience. Tour guides were passionate and well-informed, enriching our understanding of each destination's history and culture.
A highlight was visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a symbol of architectural marvel, and picturesque towns like Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, and Orvieto, each offering unique glimpses into Italy's diverse landscapes and cultural tapestry.
The tour's emphasis on gastronomy was another standout feature. Savoring Italian wine and antipasti in Siena provided authentic culinary experiences, complemented by visits to local vineyards and eateries throughout Tuscany.

This tour was great for someone like me and my wife, who had never been to Italy. We got to see a lot in a short amount of time. We could now make the choice to go back and stay longer in the places we'd like to see more of. Of course, the ..nature of that is also its drawback in that it was exhausting and at times we could hardly remember what we'd seen. I thought the accommodations were good on most nights; some better than others. I would have appreciated more time in Florence versus other stops. Our tour guide, Roma, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, personable, and a lot of fun. I would tour all of Europe with her and our driver, Giuseppe, who was so helpful and polite. Overall, this was a great value and I definitely recommend it to those who want to see a lot in a short period of time.Read full review
I did not think it was possible to squeeze in so much of Italy into 10 days, but Expat Explore managed it...and it was a WONDERFUL introduction to this gorgeous country. I would definitely book again.
