Our tour guide was pretty cool and the location is amazing, Muir woods are so worth it to see, the only thing is the time is very limited from my point of view. In Sausalito you`re pretty much left by yourself. The Bay Cruise was also worth.. it, I mean you get to go under the bridge, c`mon!!
The pick up for the tour was a little problematic as it dose not specify that they have to pick up people individually from different hotels, I was in front of my pick up location alone, the bus was a bit late, nobody could give me any info. In the end it was fine, but after we all got picked up, the bus took us to the tour office, it would have been easier if that was the pick up location.Read full review
We booked this tour on a whim, hoping to get a chance to explore Napa Wine Country without having to drive back to San Francisco....boy am I glad I did! The pick up time is extremely punctual, I learned that the hard way. However, they made.. arrangements to pick us up at another location as long as we got there on time. Luckily, our tour guide was the best! Anthony instantly made us ALL feel like we were on the best tour available. He was funny, informative, prompt and....how can I forget, HANDSOME & DASHING!! :) He gave us tips and tricks for getting around the Vineyards, what to ask for, Do's and Don'ts. If I ever head back to Napa, I'll make sure to book with this company and hope to be so lucky and have Anthony as our guide. Looking forward to many more laughs!Read full review
Our guide, Anthony, was excellent! Very knowledgeable, delivered the information in a funny an informative manner and just an overall great experience with him and he made sure everyone was comfortable. Only negative was the wineries we v..isited. Was hoping for winery tours that showed the production from processing grapes to cask and the 2nd winery was more of a sales pitch to purchase their wine than view the vineyards. Muir Woods was awesome and awe inspiring. Just change the wineries and it would be a perfect tour.Read full review
I took a tour earlier this same trip with the same company and luckily got the same guide as last time, so my pick-up and transfer went super smooth. We got out of the city fast despite the traffic from Pride weekend and reached Muir Woods ..in a blur. We had about 2 hours there and it was the perfect amount of time to follow the different hiking trails, talk to the ranger guides, explore the gift shop, and get lunch. Our guide let us know the exact time to meet back up and everyone made it back early, so we left promptly.
At our guide's suggestion I got off the bus at Sausalito and was easily able to get a ferry ticket back to Fisherman's Wharf with his instructions. Luckily the weather had cleared up by then and I got to enjoy a sunny afternoon in Sausalito - plus the ferry took us right by Alcatraz!Read full review
Better choice of winerys would definitely have made this tour better. The second place we stopped for tasting was disgusting and the wine was terrible. The other two winerys were fine. Our tour guide (Vladi) was the best
Phil, our driver and guide, made the tour interesting and the day fun. Great choice of wineries! Would have liked some more time at Muir Woods but the time out and back was just right. Well worth it for a relaxing day in Sonoma.
Steve was the best tour guide we could have asked for! He was so interesting and gave us so much information that was fantastic! We Would recommend this tour to anyone!
We had Steve as our tour guide and he was phenomenal! He knew so much about the city and made our tour very enjoyable. When we come back, I'd love to have him as our guide again and would highly recommend him.
Our German guide was excellent. Muir Woods is very impressive. Probably 30 more minutes would be better to take everything in. Lunch in Sonoma was okay, but would rather see visit to road side market to obtain small lunch to enjoy at o..ne of the more picturesque vineyards with choice bottle of wine. Choice of wineries not all that great. There are better ones.Read full review
