Once we actually started the tour on the bus it was good. However, we wasted almost 2 hours from pick up time to actually starting the tour. The pickup could have been better organized.
Too much time allotted for the activities available! I guess unless you did the Helicopter ride... you had way more time than needed! The skywalk was smaller than I imagined! Finished almost 2 hours prior to departure!
Wasn’t given out skywalk tickets so had to pay again, we were refunded but this took time and did not get to see much because of not having the tickets and not being able to get in touch with our guide,so we paid again did get the money b..ack but because of this we didn’t get to see much and spent a lot of money for this tourRead full review
The tour was generally a good tour but what disappointed me the most was we had to pay an extra $30.00 per person for the skywalk which I thought was included in the package. This should have been properly explained in the description. It i..s indeed misleading! I should be refunded my $60.00 skywalk admission tickets.Read full review
We had a great trip on this Lower Antelope Canyon tour yesterday. There was enough time for everything, and we'll never forget this awesome tour. I have already recommended it to friends and family.
Excellent tour to the Hoover Dam and bridge, well planned and timed, our driver Shanika was fantastic and we would have no problem booking another Gray Line tour.
This was an enjoyable way to spend the afternoon, and to experience things beyond the Vegas strip. On the day of our tour, the bus was delayed in picking up passengers as apparently the original driver had called in sick. Our replacement d..river was fine but could have added more commentary etc. She also did not point out the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, even though it is mentioned in the itinerary description for this tour. The Hoover Dam tour itself was good, and we had plenty of time to walk around, go the the gift shop, etc. We left to head back around 4:30 pm. We did run into some traffic on the way back, but the driver did her best to avoid the back-ups. The bus was comfortable and did have seat belts too.Read full review
Initially I though the price was a bit high but after realizing how much the location would have charged for admission and their lunch I feel that it was well worth the cost to be able to sit back and relax on the bus rather than drive ther..e myself. Beautiful scenery and well run shuttle service.Read full review
I could it give them 5 stars, Henry was very friendly but we miss understand him couple of time, like we get back in to the bus 1 hour earlier, he said we should be there after our tour to Grand Canyon, back to the bus at 1:30 pm and we th..ought Arizona time but it was Las Vegas time, so we were in rush. At the end of our trip we drop us at the Strat Hotel when they supposed to drop us at Circus Curcus, 2 families with kids and us walking back to our hotel because they got confused. Other than that it was for us like a ride to Grand Canyon.Read full review
