The trip was nice but I was disappointed with the bus quality windows were foggy we couldn’t see anything and it was a side seeing tour. Tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean but there was no place in the evening t..o eat nor get something to drink. Breakfast was a disappointment as well.Read full review

We arrived Toronto, 17-Nov-2019 19:00 from Quebec. Discovered Lost my wallet. Tour guide Ivey, phoned Mcdonald Kingstone, found wallet, arranged taxi 600 km round trip, Ivey took 600 km trip to make sure of every thing. This was a family an..d professional tour. The trip was on the whole well organised.Visit to museums was a bit too hurried, could hardly see anything in ten minutes in a museum. The food quality was poor.
Ivey Wong is amazing, the tour itself is pretty tiring because mostly we spend time travelling but our awesome tour guide really helped our trip meaningful

We booked a 3 day East Canada tour. The tour bus from NGH tours showed up on time. The bus was in good condition and the driver was also professional, courteous and ensured safe practices were followed. The tour guide Carrie had a good sens..e of humour and ensured everyone followed the schedule. She provided good commentary for all four cities. The food was also quite good, we stopped at Greek and Chinese all you can eat buffet. Good quality food. Hotel accommodations were also much better than expected. Overall a really good experience. We only had 1 actual entire day for the tour, that is the 2nd day and it rained. Even though this is not within your control, but Our visit to the One World Trade Centre in the morning was ruined and the money we paid usd 80 for 2 pax was f..or nothing as we were unable to see anything due to the mist. Though the tour guide, Jack was very accommodative and nice to arrange something else for us, it was still a disappointment for us. At least ur company should arrange some contingencies if such an incident happens, which I believe will. Example, either arrange a refund, or an open ticket to visit the center at a later time of the day at the convenience of the customer.Read full review
