This was an interesting, comfortable, well-planned, and well-executed excursion from Zurich. Our guide was helpful and interesting, and he really kept us on schedule.

Incredible day trip from Zurich to Lucerne and up to Mt. Pilatus. Konrad was our tour guide and we could not have been more lucky to have him. He spoke five different languages, injected a ton of knowledge and humor, and was very attentive ..to the group to ensure everyone had a pleasant experience. The experience itself was great. On the Trip Advisor "what is included" list it stated that there would be a 20 CHF credit for each person for lunch. This was not true. Secondly, we were specifically told not to eat in Lucerne and wait unti..l on the mountain. The food in Lucerne would have been better. All in all, the experience was great and well organized. I recommend it to all, but be aware regarding the lack of credit and food guidance. Read full review

We had a great time! I’d agree with other reviews that I wish we had more time in Lucerne to explore and shop/eat lunch but overall it was amazing and I would absolutely recommend.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Great experiences to board via cable car and descend by steepest cogwheel train. Mount Pilatus was beautiful and the views were amazing. Different experiences compared with Snow Mountains. Enjoy..ed Boat Ride on Lake Lucerne to admire fascinating scenery. However, we did not have adequate time to explore Lucerne.
